Common questions
I forgot my PIN. There's no account, so there's no reset. On the lock screen, tap Forgot PIN? and erase everything to start over. Your data cannot be recovered; that's what keeps it private.
Can I move my data to a new phone? Not yet. Wave keeps everything on one device and out of backups. Encrypted export is planned.
Can I turn off the PIN? Yes: Settings → Security → PIN lock. Your data stays encrypted either way.
How do I add the widget? Long-press your Home Screen → + → Wave → Urge button. It also works on the Lock Screen.
Is Wave medical treatment? No. Wave is a self-help tool. If you're struggling, please talk to someone; the lines above are free.
